Return Policy

At TX Nation, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date* – WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees! It is only the TX way!

  • If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
  • To cancel an order, please contact TX Nation as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. We are unable to cancel orders once they have shipped.
  • All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us at customerservice@shoptxnation.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Used and Open Box Return Policy

Please note, TX Nation’s return policy on open box products differs from new products. Defective or damaged open box products must be reported to TX Nation within 2 business days of delivery. If you would like to return a non-defective open box item, you may be responsible for return shipping and may also be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer;
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond TX Nation’s control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).
